Many candles are made using paraffin wax because it’s affordable and widely available. We chose soy wax instead because it’s plant-based, renewable, and creates a beautiful burning experience.
Soy wax burns slower and cooler, helping your candle last longer while allowing the fragrance to gently fill your space. It also produces less soot, making it a cleaner choice for your home.
We love that soy wax is biodegradable, easy to clean, and made from a renewable source. For us, it simply felt like the right choice.
Every Harvey & Co. Sydney® candle is hand-poured in Sydney using premium soy wax and carefully selected fragrances inspired by the Australian landscape. We put a lot of thought into what goes into each candle, because the details matter.
