Spray 3-4 pumps into the area and respray as required. The fragrance can last for multiple hours.

Fragrance Oils

All our fragrance oils are proudly made in Australia, crafted to meet IFRA standards, and adhere to RIFM (Research Institute for Fragrance Materials) safety guidelines. Our oils are also free from parabens and phthalates, ensuring a safe and high-quality fragrance experience.

What’s in our room spray base?

Our room spray base is made with distilled water, sugarcane and alcohol; with added linalool (a naturally occurring scent compound) and butox (it helps mix the room spray ingredients).

A denaturant is included so it can’t be consumed. It’s very bitter but doesn’t affect the fragrance of the room spray.

Our candles are crafted with high-quality soy wax (not a blend) for a consistent burn and excellent fragrance performance.

All our fragrance oils are proudly made in Australia and formulated in accordance with current IFRA standards. They are also free from parabens and phthalates, allowing us to create a consistent, high-quality fragrance experience.

Handmade & Variations

All Harvey & Co. Sydney® products are proudly handcrafted, so slight variations may occur from piece to piece. This may include minor differences in jar colour, label placement, or the appearance of the wax.

As soy wax is a natural product, subtle variations in texture or appearance are completely normal. Different fragrance oils can interact uniquely with the wax, creating slight visual differences that do not affect the quality, performance, or fragrance of the product.

As we transition to our new labels, the label you receive may vary slightly from the one pictured. Harvey & Co. Sydney® products are handmade across our Sydney and Central Coast locations.

What stays the same is what matters most: our ingredients, wax, fragrance oils, and product sizes are always consistent. If there is ever a significant change to your order, we will contact you prior to shipping and offer a full refund.

Product Care & Safety Instructions

For the best performance, allow your candle to burn until the melted wax forms a full, even pool across the entire surface, reaching the edge of the vessel. This is especially important during the first burn, as it helps promote an even and efficient burn throughout the life of the candle.

As this candle is housed in a glass vessel, we recommend burning for no longer than 2–3 hours at a time. Before each use, trim the wick to approximately 5mm to encourage a clean, safe, and consistent flame.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from Sydney (Australia). 

Please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be packed and dispatched. Shipments can take up to 7-10 business days to be received, depending on your location (often longer if shipping to regional Australia, internationally, or at peak periods).

Preorders will be shipped no later than the date specified at time of placing order. If you require your order urgently, please message us.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your goods for a full refund within 14 days of taking receipt of your order.

Returned or exchanged goods must be in the original packaging, unused, unopened and show no signs of damage for reasons not due to our error.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
