Made with high-quality fragrance oils and designed for a clean, consistent scent throw, our refills are available in all your favourite Harvey & Co. scents.

Each diffuser refill is custom made to order, so please allow an additional 2-4 business days for dispatch. Please note; we use 'generic' labels on all refill bottles.
Care Instructions
- Place your reed diffuser on a stable surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, to prevent the liquid from evaporating too quickly.
- Insert the reeds into the diffuser oil and allow them to absorb the fragrance for a few hours before flipping them to enhance the scent throw.
- Flip the reeds every few days for a stronger fragrance or less frequently for a more subtle scent.
- Use a coaster or plate under your diffuser to prevent potential spills from damaging surfaces.
- Keep away from air conditioning units, fans, or open windows, as strong airflow may reduce the scent's longevity.

All Harvey & Co. Sydney® products are proudly handcrafted, so slight variations may occur from piece to piece. This can include small differences in jar colour, label placement, or the appearance of the wax.
These variations are completely normal and happen because different fragrance oils can react slightly differently when blended. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product.
We are also currently updating our labels, so you may receive a slightly different design while these changes are made.
What stays the same is what matters most. Our ingredients, wax, fragrance oils, and product sizes are always consistent. If there is ever a significant difference with your order, we will contact you before shipping and offer a full refund.

All orders are shipped from Sydney (Australia).
Please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be packed and dispatched. Shipments can take up to 7-10 business days to be received, depending on your location (often longer if shipping to regional Australia, internationally, or at peak periods).
Preorders will be shipped no later than the date specified at time of placing order. If you require your order urgently, please message us.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your goods for a full refund within 14 days of taking receipt of your order.
Returned or exchanged goods must be in the original packaging, unused, unopened and show no signs of damage for reasons not due to our error.
